Step by step description

1. Ask the participants to create a circle.

Think about the architecture that is surrounding us. Think about churches, skyscrapers, bridges, business buildings, residential areas …

3. Each participant should think about how they feel at the moment.

4. They should pick an architectural element that resonates the most with their current feeling/emotion.

5. They have 5 minutes to take for themselves. They can leave the circle and think about the element they picked and why.

Closing up

After 5 minutes they return to the circle and share with the others what they picked and why. They should explain their understanding of the architectural element and how it connects to their current state of mind.
