Step by step description
Individual and Pair Exploration
1. Invite participants to explore the space individually, moving freely and making any sounds.
2. Form pairs: one explores sounds through their voice, while the other reacts through body movements.
3. Switch roles within the pairs and repeat the exercise.
Group Division and Harmony
4. Divide the group into two smaller groups.
5. Instruct one group to use their voices freely, while the other reacts through body movements.
6. Encourage spontaneous movements and sounds to create harmony within each group.
7. Have the two groups switch roles to experience both creating sounds and responding through movement.
Reverse Roles Between Groups
8. Have the group that was moving start, and the group that was making sounds react.
9. Switch roles to ensure each group experiences both sound and movement.
